Yes, please do! You don’t have to have any timeline in mind to begin the process — you don’t even have to be 100% sure that you want to sell! The consultation will be a chance to sit down, discuss your current situation and your goals, and find out if selling is the right option for you and what your next steps would look like. There will be a lot to do before you ever list your house, and I will never pressure you to start before you’re ready. Reaching out before you’re ready can be a good thing. 


 Where do I begin? Everything about the process will be customized for you! I’ll get to know your lifestyle, your personality, your bandwidth, and what motivates and demotivates you so we can make every step of the process fit into your reality. Whether that means you want me to text you with friendly reminders, give you deadlines, or show you the numbers in color-coded spreadsheets, I’m here for it. 


Absolutely. If you’re getting divorced or separating, I’ll start with an individual consultation with each partner to understand each of your needs. After our initial consultations, we can meet together if your situation is amicable, or continue to meet separately if it makes you more comfortable. Every time we meet together, I’ll bring clear outlines of the purpose of the meeting, and keep the next steps and commitments in writing. I hope to give you both a safe space and keep everything organized so the process is kind and clear..


I’m just a text, email, or phone call away whenever you need me. 


I wish I had a crystal ball to tell me what will happen with the market, but I don’t! What I do have is experience with the Toronto market. Once we start working together, I’ll be able to advise you based on your timeline. Sometimes, things change, and it’s best to wait. You never have to list your house if you’re not ready, and you never have to accept an offer if you don’t want to. 


I can give you an estimate, but I won’t be able to give you a final number until you’re actually ready to list your house because of the variability in the market. The market is constantly evolving — it’s like a living, breathing organism. Different pricing strategies work in different markets, so it’s important to choose the right price at the right time. I’ll give you an indication of what your house could sell for when we first meet, but the price may change when it comes time to list. 


 If I could give you a 100% sure answer, I would! We’ll use strategic pricing to list at a price that captures your value while being competitive.
